Little Kickers provides approved football training from 2 years till 5th birthday! How exciting - we love soccer and they've just started classes at Holly's childcare centre. As you can imagine we are signed up, and she wore the Man U shirt (No 7, Ronaldo) to her first lesson.
I turned up to have a peek, and although Holly ceased to participate in class from that point (her choosing, not mine or the teacher's), it looked like a lot of fun. I will make a mental note to stay out of it next week!

A few Mums have mentioned to me that they have already done the Xmas shopping. YIKES!
I've started to have a look, but have not made any purchases as yet.
This ride-on mouse by Wheely Bug is currently top of my list. Available from honeybee toys.

This suitcase/organiser/ride on toy looks like it would be so much fun. And apartment-friendly too, as it serves as a storage space, once playtime is over (.......till tomorrow).
We bought it recently for a friend's one-year-old. Thanks for the ideas sent in response to our post last week!

We have sold the outdoor setting, installed something a little smaller and are ready to put down the 'play mat'.
Our first option is the Skip Hop mat. The second is this SoftMat. This one is portable as well - and comes with a carry bag.
Just can't decide..........

The area we have cleared to make way for playtime is currently tiled. This innovative floor mat will cushion Holly's knees as she enjoys her toys.

It comes in a variety of colour patterns, which are interchangeable. It's just like an extra-large jigsaw puzzle!

Holly is nowhere near being able to ride a bike yet, but I can always look! She'd look so tough on this ride.
Early Riders are designed with no pedals, to be pushed along using the feet, so the child learns to balance quicker than if they had training wheels. That's the theory anyway. This bike looks like so much fun - they'd be riding in no time!
