How can I get my house to look this good? I wish.....

Written by a real life Mum and touring musican, this isn't your normal parenting manual....I want to read it!

These pulp factory calendars offer a unique and witty way to capture all the joys a child can bring. Their website is also very cute a colourful - worth a look in itself!
Available from Mom4Life

I wish they had made these for us when we were kids! This Jelly Cat book allows little girls to dress bunny appropriately for a variety of occasions! It's like my childhood fantasy come true...........
Available, appropriately, from Minifashionista.
The NY Times recently announced the titles on their "Best Illustrated Children's Books" list for 2007. The featured illustrations look amazing. I need to get onto Amazon to find them.

Available from Amazon, this book discusses the advertising world's latest target: the infant. I am not endorsing this approach at all, but I think one needs to be educated to their marketing tricks, if one stands a chance of beating them.

I just love this "Books to Wear" PJ set. Naming all the parts of the body before bed will be so much fun. There are many other 'story' designs as well, enough for each night of the week!
Available online from The Kids Store.

I loved reading Kaz Cooke's "Up the Duff" when I was pregnant, so was sure to buy the next installment "Kid-wrangling" before Holly came along. "Kid-wrangling" is a humorous and realistic take on parenting, from babies, to toddlers and beyond..... I don't get to spend half as much time reading "Kid-wrangling" as I did "Up the Duff", but I still find it great to refer to when I have a question....
We bought "Kid-wrangling" on Amazon.
There's heaps of great books out there though - tell us your favourite baby book in the comments section below.
My name is Katie Mackenzie. I have a gorgeous baby girl, and a husband who shares my appreciation for design. We hope to bring Holly up in a place that is full of fun, style and function. We have no room for clutter. And we are limited to products that are available to Australians. This blog summarises our efforts.
